Trick to Get IDFC First CC Limit Increase (if you have not got an IVR call or WhatsApp message)

This is the First time since IDFC First Launched it's Credit card in January of 2021 , that they are offering Pre-Approved Limit Increase Offers ! Until now , you had to email them your Income Documents to get the limit increase .

NOTES before Going with this Trick :

• This trick is only for those who have not got an Automated IVR Call or Whatsapp Message regarding the Limit Enhancement . Do NOT Try this , if you have already got the call or message .
• The Card should be atleast 12 months old .

To trigger the First of it's Kind 20% Limit Increase Rollout of IDFC First's Pre-Approved Limit Increase ,

STEP 1: We have to add the Following Number in our Contact list :

STEP 2: Whatsapp "Hi" to this Number from your Registered mobile number (Linked with the Credit Card) .
STEP 3: Then Ask for a Limit Increase (in english) "Kindly Increase Credit limit".

Viola , Your Limit is Increased BY 20% INSTANTLY !

This only works when you are pre approved for limit increase.. if you do send the message in that period you will get response with button for increase limit.. and you could have get that in a week automatically without sending this WhatsApp message as well ..

I tried through social media route but they denied and asked income docs
But I again reiterated that along with income docs consider my Amex statements to which they told they gave forwarded it to their concerned team

Don't know what will be the outcome

Didn't work for me. I think this just checks if you have pre approved limit in your account (which will show in the app anyways). Because I have been holding this card for more than 2 years and have not got the automated call for LE. But still not available for me.

It's the same situation for everyone. Basically if the bank has pre approved LE offer, the Cx can request through this approach. That's all.

Frequency of rejection at banker level is very high as compared to pno.. so that's why it's better to connect with PNO
