Transfer of branch for SBI joint bank account

Hi all, have a joint account in SBI which is also salary account. When trying to transfer bank account to different branch, there is OTP verification on both accounts. It is working fine on first account but it is not working on second account. Can anyone please share any inputs if you have previous experience ? Thanks

It is usual SBI bank server issue it would be sort out soon

Thanks but actually was able to transfer CIF and PPF account but not able to transited the joint account
Also tried it multiple times and both ways from either of the account

Hi just thought of updating that going to home branch and request of transfer worked. They said there is some issue in online transfer for joint accounts with two account holders, i.e, two CIF. Cheers!
