Transaction not appearing on statement

I have a weird issue. I did a redgirraffe transaction on my standard chartered credit card on 28th May.
The transaction was successful, the landlord received the payment too. Now earlier this week, when I checked the unbilled statement, I don't see that transaction(No rent pay charges deducted either), even though I could see the transactions that were done much later. My credit limit is also not blocked for that rent pay amount.
So, I call up the customer care and they confirm that they don't see anything either. Did anyone face something similar? What do I do if I don't see that transaction even after the statement is generated? Any advice is appreciated.

1. Are you really done using SC (didn't see any option to pay using SC on redgiraffee)?
2. If sure, wait till statement generated.
3. Still not, u don't have to pay right now but only pay whenever its billed to your account. Now, that doesn't mean its free money, you'll definitely charged once they audit (before Mar'26), so don't worry and wait for their message.

#same happens to me on ICICI where they billed me on Feb' but my transaction done 6 months prior, it happens very rarely.

Again, check which card u used for that payment. If by mistake other card, u might miss that payment.
