transaction disappeared from statement

I shopped for 835 on Flipkart using Airtel axis card. on axis app it was showing as in processing. after 2 days my order got delivered. but now that same transaction disappeared from statement and also not reflecting on total outstanding amount. is my order free now 😂

Yes they shouldn't. But axis and fk are very tricky, some genuine cases too get flagged as abuse.
