If we make payment by GVs (TataCliq, Croma, Bigbasket etc.), are we still eligible for these offers?
It's weird actually. I am using BB gv to buy groceries while ordering from tata neu app. Earlier they use to give 5% neucoins.. but my last 4 orders didn't get promotional neu coins. there cc is weird as well..
If you ordered during 20-23 Jan, then neucoins would be credited by March

It was not capturing that I ordered from tata neu app.
I had to login logout again and then it captured for my next order. So for my next order I got 10% neu coins as it was in sale period after delivery.
Raised a query to their customer care for my older orders as they were around 3k but no reply on email or in app. So it is weird.

Yeah, actually was a surprise to me as well. Its a feature of infinity card which is not advertised much, but it gives 5% percent unlimited neucoins on any utility bill payments made via tataneu.
Confirmed with customer care as well.

I remember it was written in tnc that coins will be credited in 2 to 3 weeks. Confirm once
would credit in 1st week of March.. in mid-Feb they will give list of eligible customers
