Though it was not intentional, but I have noticed that HDFC Tata-Neu Infinity has become my new favorite to book maximum expenses.

The UPI acceptance and exciting RuPay offers across different merchants and marketplaces seem to have worked in favor of the card.

Summary of the Neu Coins earned, speaks for the charm.

I have a cousin who is a tcs employee, it shows FYF in his tataneu app.

He has to verify himself as a TCS employee. Once verified it will be LTF.

While filling put application for the first in Tata Neu app, the location should be put as work address, and email as tata email

I only knew about the mail thing, but there is another thread on forum which says that the card can be applied as ltf of address is given as any tata office location

If your cousin is actually a tata employee, then they should get it as LTF by default, if applied via tata neu app (provided they give employee email and Company name as any Tata consultancy services Ltd)

It's good only for UPI payments. Nothing else. you can stick to magnus for all other payments

As regards extension of expiry date, it is evident from the screenshot attached with the first post itself, that total Neu-Coins available are 19518 and expiring date of all 19518 is 03rd May, 2024.

While the latest Neu-Coins I have earned are only 5620.

It means that the remaining Neu-Coins, which were previously earned have also been clubbed and the expiry date has got extended accordingly.

But it should be expiring in FIFO manner logically
Anyways its only for those who hold coins till that time only
I spent all and holding only last month coins which will be spent before this month end 😃

Yes, indeed. Also you can use the neu coins earned for flight bookings, 1mg, tata cliq etc. One of the most rewarding cards.

Yes, coins would be credited after journey is completed. It will be calculated on your ticket value, not on other family members (assuming you bought thickets for whole family). However other family members can earn their respective neu coins if they have installed/ registered with tata neu app. It can be done even after ticket purchase (as CC informed me).

May i know your approx monthly spends on tataneu brands collectively, since you are earning that much in a billing cycle?

Have been able to use upto 100000/-. That is the maximum spend limit on UPI in a single day.

Have been able to buy even Rs. 20/- Bisleri from small kiosks also through Paytm UPI.
And the smallest payment being Rs. 4/- for getting xerox of 2 pages.

Had some heavy family and travel expenses planned, which eventually got shifted to Tata Brands. Majority were on Croma, IHCL & Tanishq.

However in routine regular purchases are quite average and done on BB, 1MG and Cliq only. The major chunk of Neu-Coins have come from payments through Tata Neu and Payzapp.

PS :
If you have regular expenses on medicines opt for care plan.

Apart from the regular discounts, Care Plan on 1MG provides 5%+5%Tata Neu+5%Tata Neu Card which translates into good 15% off even after regular discounts.

Yes, from my personal experience it works like this.

I have been using Tata Neu App since May 2022, soon after it was launched, and the Tata Neu Infinity card for the last few months.

From the usage history, I can confirm that all the Neu-Coins that I earned even in December 2022 and even prior which had initial expiry of Dec. 2023 or earlier, have been clubbed with the newly added coins. The new expiry date of all the clubbed Neu Coins has kept on changing automatically as per the latest earned* Neu Coins.

*Earned : Earned as per the standard earning criteria by purchasing on Tata Neu or other associated Tata Apps or Stores or through usage of Co-branded Tata Neu Credit Card.

The promotional Neu-Coins (normally in the range of 150-250) which are sometime auto-credited in addition to the standard earnings do have a non-extending expiry date, and need to be spent before the expiry date.

I've read it in terms some where that it never expires, that is, 1yr from last coin credited.

Infinity card depends on limit. 1.5-1.75+ if you have in your HDFC card or other cards in cibil maybe, then you will be eligible for infinity card

My Tata Neu Infinity card Rupay version ws delivered today. I had a question about International lounge access. Read somewhere in the forum earlier that for Rupay cards , we need to register with Loungekey. However in the documentaction I got with the card , there was no mention of loungekey. It does mention that international lounge access will be provided via Rupay list of participating lounges. $ 3.25 will be deducted which will be reversed later.

So the question is Loungekey relevant to Rupay cards?
Also international lounge access will be provided by swiping the credit card directly?
