Tata Neu app bill payments No option of credit card

When paying Electricity bills through tata neu app , Tata neu credit card is not shown as option in payment page !!, In the past it was working and I paid many bills through it , now its not . Only UPI option is there, I guess using that I will not get 5% Neu Coins

Did you recently add your CC in UPI? Also how many electricity bills have you paid this month using tata neu CC in tata neu app?

Since 2 days, I am not getting the card payment option in Tata Neu app for bills payment. It only shows Tata Pay UPI and Other UPI apps under Payment Options.

I had done only 3 bill payments this month, 2 for less than Rs.1000 (DTH & Mobile recharge) and 1 electricity bill payment for around 3.8K.

I tried by removing the stored cards and adding them again and also cleared cache memory of the app. Nothing works.

Have emailed their Customer Care. Yet to receive any reply. I am losing out on not able to use the HDFC Tata Neu CC for bills payment due to this.

Any idea what could be the issue and how to resolve it?

How about adding your card to Tata pay UPI and using it?

Same for me. Trying to pay my first bill for this month and not getting card option. Tried with Tata pay UPI and it shows only bank option while Rupay cards (including infinity) are disabled.

Tata Neu customer care asked me to send a video of the entire bill payment process even though I sent them the screenshot of the payment page not showing the Cards option to make payment.

Tata Neu app blacks out the payment screen when you do screen recording in mobile. So, I opened the Tata Neu website and recorded video with my mobile. Surprisingly, in the payment page it was showing the Cards option. Sometime later, I also got a message from Tata Neu that my complaint has been resolved.

Don't understand what caused the issue and how it was rectified. Hope, there will not be any such issues in the future.

It worked for me today. Was able to pay the bill via Infinity Rupay.
