May be its true ..That may be the reason for existing who has rupay from axis cards they are not getting this Supermoney pro rupay from axis bank, only few of them got with this scenario and until they lift up this criteria we all in queue for upcoming changes roll out, it seems they will surely make it available before big billion day's from Flipkart and they are yet prepare their marketing strategy it seems.
you need to chat/ talk regarding your previous application, may be they delete your previous application. Usually banks delete your credit card application after specific time periods..What does it show when I am eligible? A fresh application?

I wrote in the feedback that I wanted the Pro credit card instead of the FD-based one and requested that my incomplete FD-based credit card application be cancelled. I also asked for the option to apply for the Pro card. After 2-3 days, I was finally able to apply for the Pro credit card. Since I already have Flipkart and MyZone cards, the process required two one-time passwords (OTPs) for credit card generation. This approach worked for me

May be axis system under maintenance if you getting same error from 2-3 days then you need to contact Axis along with supermoney..I am constantly getting the following error while doing kyc - tried several times.. Any help here?

All logic or calculation fail for Axis..I don't have rupay from Axis bank. I still didn't get SuperMoney Pro. 😁
The app shows the
eligible transactions of 3% after scanning the merchant QR and selecting the Super.Money app as a payment method for making UPI payments from any other app before entering the UPI PIN. The same 3% cashback will be available after the statement generation, which is due.
