I am also struck by the incomplete FD-based credit card application. I wanted to raise a ticket in the app, but I couldn’t find any dedicated option—only a feedback section. I wrote in the feedback that I wanted the Pro credit card instead of the FD-based one and requested that my incomplete FD-based credit card application be cancelled. I also asked for the option to apply for the Pro card. After 2-3 days, I was finally able to apply for the Pro credit card. Since I already have Flipkart and MyZone cards, the process required two one-time passwords (OTPs) for credit card generation. This approach worked for me
