For me just now received text msg from axis saying regret to inform they're unable to process cc application. I applied on Sunday noon time, supercard pro were shown to me, everything went smoothly, video kyc also done appropriately. Msg says it doesn't meet bank's credit norms. With axis, I don't have any relationship, nor any cc. Other cards I'm having from almost all banks, timely payments and nothing any unusual. Do axis sends email as well about rejection? do axis sends/notifies thru sms only? As per RBI, bank needs to disclose the reason to us if there's a rejection. If anyone can suggest about this, it'd be great. Thanks in advance to everyone!Not mentioned reasons

Even in app, it still shows application is under process. For you also, is it the same scenario?
I'm thinking to write to PNO of axis about this as I'm very well eligible and app also showed supercard pro approved; having good cibil score as well. They should show us reason rather than writing unable to process. What are your/any member's thoughts about this. Help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Same! Just got the sms saying unable to process application. I have previously applied for Axis Neo and eventually approved but I did not activate it because of low limit. Seems like chuxis took their revenge this time 😭.Rejected for me

It might be fooling at lot of steps. Even though if you gets eligible or app showing supercard pro at the time of applying successfully, they're rejecting it and afterwards showing normal supercard which is FD based. Read many threads in here -- it looks like person who have axis relationship or not, in both cases they're not providing supercard pro; giving reason as doesn't meet their credit norms. Many people have great CIBIL score, timely payments, many other CCs too with decent CL, still Axis is denying.

So yes you are right, we cannot fully trust the reddit post. Again AXIS is really unpredictable, so go knows whats happening.
