What's the time taken between approval & delivery of card? Mine is approved, but couldn't use it . It asks for delivery code which comes with physical card.

Card was delivered with in 4 days. You can start using the card for upi transactions before delivery.

I received the card in about 4-5 days. You don’t need the physical card to use UPI. I was able to start using it on the same day I applied, and if I recall correctly, I made a transaction within an hour of approval.

I tried it when the card was announced but they opened the application for Utkarsh bank for SuperCard. Now I am stuck and they are not able to close the application. Is there anything that can be done or just practice yoga/ meditation for mental peace?

No need to do anything. At first I went ahead and even did my aadhaar verification before realising that it was the FD card. I stopped going further and it was stuck there. After a few days I opened the card page and it was showing the pro card.
