Suggestion for Upgrading to HDFC Infinia LTF from Regalia LTF

I’m an HDFC Imperia customer with 12+ years of banking, excellent credit history, high spends (₹7.71+ lakhs in 6 months), and dual LTF cards (Regalia & TATA NEU Infinity) with a combined limit of 15 lakhs. Despite meeting Infinia LTF benchmarks, my upgrade was declined citing “invitation-only.” cliche email.

What should I do, will escalation help or should I ask for any other card instead?

If you can achieve 10L+ spends in a period of 6 months, they may consider your case for a paid Infinia card

If your desperate enough buy some shitty policies and you will get paid infinia.
Most of people getting infinia is in exchange of something

Thats because your spends in last 6 months are not enough. Min 8 - 9 L spends are required in last 6 months

And also there are no LTF benchmarks. You will get paid card only even if you meet spend criteria

Rest of things such as Imperia and 12+ banking years etc. do not matter in getting Infinia

If you want to try another card, DCB metal is a great 2nd option after Infinia
