I got 3700INR compensation for my refund case in AXIS Bank for the transaction amount of 825 INR 🥰🥰🥰 (Obviously I got mental stress for 1.5 months and then RBI Complaint was raised)
My RBI Complaint for HDFC not closed yet for this 1000 cashback but I got 1000 cashback already so I am waiting for the compensation amount now from HDFC. Yesterday I got a call from HDFC to confirm over email that I got my 1000 cashback so that they can revert to RBI but i will not do the same until they provide me compensation 😆😆.
I guess as per RBI guidelines if we raise complaint then compensation will come by default once they close the case. Please share others as well their story whoever raised the RBI Complaint
