Someone on this thread emailed Suryoday that OTT benefit is shown in ads but not provided yet.
Can you please share the screenshot again?

I complained regarding this to RBIO and the reply I received from bank is that I agreed that benefits and terms and other things can change anytime and I agree on that.
But what I am arguing about is that the benefit was not provided to anyone ever, this is not a case of removal of benefit but a mis-selling.
Removal of benefit would have been there if it were provided in the early days and then they removed it, but they never provided it in the first place.

So if anyone has any kind of proofs of this credit card and their communications with the bank, please DM me those.

This quarter spa access and cult live was available, but yesterday was trying to redeem lakme and it says on card details page that card is not valid for this promotion.

they said all benefits are yearly, not quarterly.

FAQ wasn't shown as prominently as the benefits which were not provided, would send this to RBIO too.
Else I don't care about my credit score improvement, I am going to close this card as they are unethical enough that they might give me issues in fd redemption later.
