is the cashback 0.5% only on online spends? because they originally said on all type of spends (online, pos, upi), excluding some merchant types.

also, there's no accountability in cashback. like for ex. till now my cashback is 5rs. per transaction wise there's no break-up.

Why does the app not show the transactions? I even saw in the previous page but it doesn't show the transactions. Not does it show in the cashback part of the page. I did the transaction in the morning and got an email and Whatsapp confirmation.
Anyone else facing this?

I checked today on the Rupay Select Exclusive Club portal and the Suryoday Bank is still not listed there under Credit Card. They were supposed to make it live by 30-Apr. Suryoday Bank is available under Debit Card. However, entering the credit card bin in there throws error.

If anyone has connected with bank's customer care regarding this, do share the update.
Alternatively, should we tweet NCPI/Rupay to get the bank added or it does not make any difference?
