They perform address verification where you need to enter your address and it evaluates whether all addresses are close to one another, or within the same building. This happened with my account and I had to convince Spotify that people added to my account are indeed family but living far away due to work related purposes. They did not budge. Finally, I had to use my Spotify contact to help them convince them. After about 2-3 days, all accounts were functional. Not sure if this is practice even now, but be careful!
