It's a strong possibility.
No company officially come out at launch and say we are going to devalue after certain time because our marketing team made a mistake or its incurring heavy toll on them to fund tge rewards

Thinking of it.
If you're considering opening an account, don't keep all your savings in Jio PB, Slice SFB, or SBI. The UPI for these banks often fails, so have a backup, if your goal is a backup for other account pray to God nothing happens when you try to pay

The UX of slice bank is minimalistic but smooth. Been using it since last month. No complains. Account was opened within 10minutes. U can connect with customer care within 30 seconds using chat feature. The CC people are super friendly. The daily interest credit is something really new and interesting. Overall very good experience till now. I have been getting cashbacks even for daily UPI transactions through their fire games. If u join using referral link u will get cashback. I joined using referral link too and essentially got enough cashback to get the physical debit card free. Ordered chequebook and passbook also for free. Dm me if u need my referral link.
I have been using slice wallet since the beginning it was launched and did many upi payments. Not single transactions failed. And app is also good not lagging. I have also taken slice prepaid card and credit card earlier whenever it was launched and never faced any issue. Slice Wallet now closed on 10th July. I have not signed up for their savings account yet but I am again considering their new credit card when they launch it.

I have been using slice wallet for a long time. It is linked to my non-adhaar number. Now switched to savings acct. UPI works great as usual. Now UPI can be linked to other apps also. But do not keep much balance in it.
I had given fabmoney prepaid card to my daughter for her use. After it closed, I was looking for alternative. Now thinking of ordering the slice physical debit card for that purpose.

slice upi is great ----- not at par with paytm pb but is great.
UI might be great but if you consider their outrages of UPI or delay in opening the savings account page. It's not worth to keep all your money here for all UPI expenses.
I have seen many times slice bank being unreliable from time to time

Slice's UX may not be the best in the market but their customer service is top notch. In fact it is better than some of the larger private banks I have banked with. Last week I had an issue wherein my referral cashback was delayed and not credited to my account. When I complained on the chat the customer care guy was sweet enough to send me a free gift as a token of appreciation, which he said will be sent to my house address. Initially I thought it was just a bluff. But boy was I wrong: true to his words, I received this gift at my home address in just 2 days through Amazon with a nice message from Slice team:-
Yes they really gifted me Rs.500 ptron bluetooth speaker for FREE ! I hardly maintain 10-20k in the account but still they went the extra mile to solve my problem. I have never seen any other bank take this much effort to keep their customers happy!
