My app is up to date. I just checked the card option after checking this thread in the morning. Don't know if any update changed the CC option for me. You can try to update if you haven't already.
Again, have some patience, sometimes banks roll out offers/updates in batches, you might be next

In the 'credit' tab (4th tab from right in the tabs shown at the bottom in main UI). You'll have two options now. The top half shows option to join the waitlist, once you click join, it'll show that your in the waitlist now. And the bottom half shows borrow option which is purely optional.

Once you've joined the waitlist and clicks on the 'you're on the waitlist', you'll get the below shown page 'You’re next in line'.

Even my slice app is different from everyone.
When Slice Wallet was active everyone had option to add money through debit card but I had not.

Card apply karne ka invite toh kisi ko nahi mila, IG, abhi bas waitlist hai wo bhi kisi kisi ko nahi de raha ... which means waitlist ke liye bhi invite 😂

Firh waitlist walo ko invite dega may be in chronological order in phase, invitee firh apply kar payenge 🤣
