No such thing for me
When I open the slice app the default pop-up is UPI payment
Banking>explore>scaning or UPI payment (default opening page)>slice borrow>activity
Order is from Left to right

You can either swipe right or left
How can you do right to left( i didn't get it)😂

Slice borrow page has been renamed to credit

My app is up to date. I just checked the card option after checking this thread in the morning. Don't know if any update changed the CC option for me. You can try to update if you haven't already.
Again, have some patience, sometimes banks roll out offers/updates in batches, you might be next
