My mother has 2 accounts in 2 diff branches

1. In one account is DSP platinum, can i apply SRW? (This account has no current cards issued)

2. And in another account REG-IND-CHQ can i apply WDC ? (This account has one random sbi global visa card)

3. Are these the two best cards available to us now?
