It's been long since I visited a bank, what should I carry with me to the bank while applying for this card?

- keep an written application with you for closing your current debit card, they may or may not ask.

- keep physical aadhaar photocopy with sign on front/black.

- one pen

Got this card 2 days ago and trying to make a forex txn but keeps failing with "Declined by the provider". Will let you know once it starts working.

Went to branch.. trying to fix the issue. They have no idea. They enabled contactless too. Wtf lol. Still isn't working for international txns.

I got the debit card yesterday and was trying to set the PIN today but Yono and Netbanking shows the card is blocked. Any idea how to get it unblocked?

IMO Activate card from atm and set limits . Yono doesn't work in most cases.

Talked with customer care, seems like I have to go to the branch to get it unblocked.

It's better to activate the card from atm and set limits and check. The branch can be the last option.

Is e-PAN (printed as a PVC card) acceptable? Or original PAN is needed?

Just need a photocopy(that too if they ask) so it should work.

ATM didn't work since they had completely blocked it. Had to submit an application to get it unblocked.

Bank staff mentioned it got blocked it as I was only doing UPI/NEFT and other online transactions and no cash transactions for the last 2 years.

Is this card charged for Rishtey account holders?
I just realized it charged for my brother account even though it is Rishtey account

My debit card is sitting idle for 3 years and they are debiting annual fees for me. I am not even using it for UPI, NEFT and any other online transactions

Mine was the same, so I thought if I'm paying money anyways let's get some benefits, but immediately after delivering they blocked it.

3 saal mein 2nd time gaya. Location hi change ho gaya hai.. Branch mil hi nahi raha tha😂
