SBI Online A/c Opening with Existing CIF

I used to have an SBI Savings Account that I closed a few years ago.

Now I tried to open one online but was unable to because it said existing relationship with bank.

Any chances I can open it online or should I have to visit branch for the same?

Branch visit is required, existing CIF / Customer Ids need to do manual account opening.
