SBI not closing my secured card

After placing card closure request through sbi card app, an automatic call is placed and she every-time try to convenice and ask to reapply for a different card. After i applied, it simply get rejected.

PNO is also not offer any help and ask me to wait until i get unsecured card then close the secured card but they are not approving unsecured card.

Visit branch and get the liened deposit back and surrender card there
Cust care yes it’s system bug they can’t close secured card from their end

sure they can, they just not want to. thinking to complain to rbi.
