My brother wants to open account in SBI
We come account insta plus savings account in which vkyc is available

I want to know can we make it zero charges account like kotak 811 by not opting for physical debit card ( using virtual debit card ) and sms alert facility

Is this possible in SBI

Withdrawal transactions are now activated in my account. Now my account is fully operable.

It's been almost 7 days, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Today, after I raised a complaint about it to SBI on X, the branch manager contacted me and asked me to visit the branch tomorrow.

I was opening sbi insta plus savings account and when kyc was about to happen, it said that no representative available. When i tried to schedule it says no slot available. Do i have to do whole process again?

SBI vKYC is available from 10AM to 5PM on working days.

You don't need to re-enter all details as application will be there for 3 days after which it will be deleted. Just resume application by entering mobile number and password set and you will irectly move to vKYC.

Not netbanking. Go to account opening menu again on YONO App and select resume application.

Okay, I opened through their web browser not yono but I got it.

Resume application has some bug I guess, I got stuck.
I did resume application, entered name and pan it asked for otp entered it.
Then it said video kyc link clicked that again it says otp same cycle again so I'm stuck in endless cycle of entering otp.
New application also not accepting for me

Wait for 72 hours. It will cancel out. Then again you will be able to apply but next time use YONO App or as I alaways suggest, visit branch and open account.

Take this one time hassle in life to enjoy later. I have always opened accounts at branches without Aadhaar using DL/VI/PAN.
