SBI has 4 customer segments - Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Can a customer segment be upgraded directly from Silver to Platinum if the eligibility criteria is satisfied?
If so, can this be done online, or by visiting the branch directly?
My prompt says you are eligible for silver, if I consent to be segmented. Is there a downside like higher MAB etc? My main agenda is to recover DC fee with 2x rewards, paying CC bill with DC.
All SBI accounts are zero balance accounts, that segment will not make any huge changes in your account, don't worry. You can go for it, if you would like.
