SBI Cashback and simply click converted to LTF

Raised service request for conversion of simplyClick card to Rupay IRCTC Card, but customer care confirmed that it won't be possible...then I asked to close simplyClick card. And request raised for closure and call transferred to retention team...
Retention team offered to convert both the cards (simplyClick and Cashback card) in my account as Lifetime Free.
And it's done..!!!
