SBI Card app Locked

Hi Team,

When I try to login to my sbi card app it says it's locked and signed out due to security reasons.

Did any of you guys face this and how to unlock this.

I have sent mail for the same

@sjmajumder The cashback is not yet credited n I suppose so cos the card is closed . When I checked they asked me to send the TXN details and then they will check if I'm eligible to get the cashback or not cos the card is clsoed. When I sent the mail for asking cashback I sent a screenshot of my statement with cashback amount mentioned.

If they reject then I can escalate to customer head right?

In most cases of cashback the T&C generally states that your card needs to be active on the day of cashback posting. Please check the T&C.

The card was blocked from bank side since they approved it wrongly

That was the reason they said after closing it due to internal policies

My card has been blocked temporarily but when i try to verify the transaction in the SBI app it says unable to process the request!! Anyone know what is the reason? I usually get the call but this time i have not got it. Calling customer care will take time.

Calling the Customer Care is the only option here.

Do you know the reason for error in the app? Also can we do this varification from internet banking?

I had faced the similar issue,
After calling the customer support then only problem solved.

Don't know about Verification through NetBanking

High transaction amount of ₹50k in Flipkart.
Before this transaction all my transaction are below 10k.

Because of this high spent, my card was temporarily blocked. This is the reason said by support agent.
After that My card was unblocked in 1 hour.

What was the reason for blockage in ur case

I was doing a transaction of low value multiple times and it got blocked. Usually it gets blocked but got calls all the times but this time did not get the call and from app also it is not working. On my IOS where my primary account there it works in app via otp verification. My wife account on android it gives error.
