Issue Resolved SBI BPCL Credit Card points got Forfeited - Query

In Amazon, Flipkart sales i purchased a lot using SBI bpcl credit card I got reward points, and now yesterday all points got forfeited, customer care stating that if the transactions have got already 10% instant discount, so these points are forfeited.

Anyone else also faced this issue?

Every SBI user knows about it. It's been there for quite some time now, nothing new here.

The same thing happened with my SBI SimplyCLICK credit card too, but nothing surprising as I was expecting this.

Oh ok , i thought this is issue is only for sbi cashback credit card, I am not aware this issue has spread to other SBI cards as well .

Now this will be for other cards too beginning from this year 2025. Even hdfc will forfeit regular points in instant discount offers.

mere 2900 reward point bhi leliye..n 73rs bhi laga diye statement mein... sbi ke reward points 0.25 par bhi value nahi karte, fir 4 reward points ke 1rs kaise laga sakte hai!!

0.25 hai for other GVs
0.20 is for amazon GV

SBI consider 0.25, agar swiggy ya dominos ka GV redeem karoge toh 0.25 value milegi
