A little wait is normal. You can use electronic machines to skip the line at most places.

Visited the new Encalm Lounge at Hyderabad airport.. bigger.. more luxurious looking.. but just as crowded and food was the same old same old.. Somethings never change.. Although i did see many ppl with cards getting declined.. Not sure where that will lead to..

Some things never change! Was there a few weeks ago though it seemed not many knew how to reach there since it was newly opened a level below, but it was crowded, very noisy and food was average.

Had visited this new lounge in July. It's pretty big compared to the old space and the lounge lobby now have 3-4 separate lines to handle the rush effectively instead of the usual 1-2 they had in their previous space.

6/10 cards were failures and people were arguing and the queue was not moving.

The food was pretty much the same. Seating area also has increased with few comfortable pods.
