TF Buzz
I'm facing these errors while redeeming vouchers from my Jana SFB rupay select card.
Was trying to redeem A.prime when faced the error of "promo not applicable fro this card"
So tried redeeming Cult voucher then faced the error "Sorry something went wrong"

Has anyone faced these issues? Kindly help

If you have multiple rsdc, then u may be entering wrong card no. Go to accounts in rupay and check if already redeemed. If not email rupay , they will help.

Same happened last week, issue I understood was bank server under maintenance, try tomorrow, it will work.

Ill solve this issue for all of you.

Im sure , 99% of you guys are doing it via autofill of saved cards, yes?

Select the saved card, and then :

1. Delete last card digit and re-enter it
2. Change expiry date and month to next or earlier date/month, and set the correct one again

Click on submit. This should bring the OTP page and order is successful. It has worked 100% of the time for me.

Basically, selecting saved card and then submitting causes some error on their backend. So manually editing these fields and typing or setting the correct value fixes it and doesnt cause the error to occur.
