Depends on Card. I registered on rupay select portal with my UBI Select DC and PNB Rupay CC. OTT and cab offers are applicable only on UBI Select DC but these offers are not available under PNB Rupay CC.

I am also not sure whether offers will be available on renewal. Dropped mail on CC but no reply till now.

I am not aware of online account. You can call customer care and confirm the procedure to get SELECT card after opening online savings account
