I had redeemed SRL Diagnostics offer on 6th August 2025. I called up their helpline number to book the visit but no one picks up the call. I tried several times.

It's 5th September 2025 now and the T&Cs say it's available to redeem within 30 days only.

What should I do if no one picks up the call? Any one has similar experience?

they will ask few details and will let u know if its serviceable in your location

I've replied to the same email, let's see if they respond in time. I had redeemed the benefit on 6th August and today is 5th September.
