Has anyone been able to redeem any offer using their PNB Rupay Select Debit card?

I am consistently getting the error "Sorry, something went wrong and the booking couldn’t be completed. Please try again or contact the support team for assistance" for any offer I am trying to redeem.

My card (debit) is enabled for eCommerce transactions, limit is set properly, pin has been reset, used in a non-PNB ATM to take out cash successfully.
Is there any thing else I need to do?

They are doing it for a lesser cost than direct payment

Yes, they get paid (discounted rate as per contract)....resistance is bcz the centre would get full amount as its own revenue for paid bookings or membership bookings...... which is usually not the case with gift cards.... plus they would prefer giving slots to people who have taken their memberships than people who are coming for one-time on vouchers

What about lakme gift cards? Ig they work like just any other gift cards like amazon, flipkart etc. there should not be any resistance atleast from centers

I had read somewhere that the Aroma voucher is worth ₹3,000 and you can just pay the difference to upgrade to other services.

But my friend went today and was told the voucher is only worth ₹1,500, and he’d need to pay the full remaining amount for any upgrade.
