By the way, their customer care call executives wouldn’t be much helpful, chances are they will deny on the ground that “no offers are available on your card”. So directly email them, customersupport@icicibank.com
this is the email which I used, then they will call you.

yes 10mins for ai to connect to customer care executive and 10mins he put on hold just to tell offer not available for rupay.

Yeah, it's very frustating and irritating to hear those words again & again.. Should be improved soon

I have saphiro mc,amex,visa ltf, can i get Rupay ltf without disturbing any of those 3 cards?

Yes i think so you can, i had amex & MC variant lTF. i requested them to upgrade coral rupay to sapphiro they denied, i closed coral card. then logged new app & left in between as it was showing paid. They called me & shared Sapphiro Rupay is LTF for me. Applied it & got it now 🙂

i got frustrated too now but AI disconnect the call now a days. I tried with payment and then it ask for connection to Agent. say yes & it will connect. also if you call their old number of customer care, there is no AI in it.
