When I tried to signup to rupay.co.in, only a few bank's RPDCs are available to select as in attached picture (BOB EaseMyTrip RPDC is hidden due to scrolling). So what will I miss when I get RPDC from a bank that is not listed here, say ICICI bank?

So what will I miss when I get RPDC from a bank that is not listed here, say ICICI bank? -- You will not get offers from Rupay side.
RPDC/RSDC offers are given by banks as well as Rupay.
If the card is not listed in Rupay site, you won't get the offers from Rupay side, you will get only from bank side whatever bank offers.
But what bank gives is peanuts. So basically it is useless.
