This Bank is struggling to manage its customers properly. Those who have received the card need to be cautious, as payments are reflecting late in the system. It's better to make the payment before the bill is generated. Otherwise, even after making the payment on time, it might still be reported as a late payment in the CIBIL report, which can negatively affect your credit score.

Fuel surcharge applicable according to bank & according to my knowledge minimum surcharge amount is ₹10 may be Gst also applicable 18% and its reflecting after 2-3 days of transaction..

Usually many banks of offer Fuel surcharge waiver if you purchased 400-4000(Minimum -maximum limits may vary bank to bank).

I suggest you try to contact roar bank support via WhatsApp.. You will get delayed replies some time they took 30-40 minutes..
