NEED HELP. Roar bank has blocked my credit card. Though it shows active on the app I am NOT able to do any transaction. It tells me to contact support each time I make a transaction. I got NO SMS or mail. I have updated all those shopping limits, so that's not the reason here. Since the launch, many people have encountered various issues, so what you're experiencing is not surprising. Don't worry. I believe this is a technical problem. Since tomorrow is a workday, I recommend contacting support again to resolve the issue.

Instead we can just use their cashfree api to add money to Roar account (yet to test sbi debit card for rewards) via UPI or debit card

sbi debit card didn't fetch reward points for roar bank cc bill payment done on the roar bank app.

Same number showing me during payment but each payment time i edit that number into mine and make payment through UPI. Payment settle instantly..

Just completed VKYC, trick is to select Hindi and wait for around 10 mins, try to click on the chat option while waiting for agent, that way you will not be removed from queue due to inactivity, they will ask for preferred language there you can tell English, just PAN card is enough no pen or blank paper is required as mentioned on the initial screen while proceeding to VKYC

May be its temporary error because Some time other sites(Maximize) also failed to generate voucher in last date of month or Patched by banks end..
