I have purchased 500Rs Zomato gift card from Wohoo but after payment is showing as payment pending.
The amount is debited from Credit card

Happened with me for BB gc and got the refund in 3 days.

The amount is debited from Credit card

I purchased AGV, but there was no credit card option, so I paid via UPI payment. However, the amount was deducted from my account while the showing status as 'payment pending.' After some hours, the transaction was automatically cancelled, it took some time for UPI payment to settle(which was supposed to be instant). So if you used a credit card then, refund might take some days to be credited.

Now the transaction is showing as failed.
Also in Gftyr Unable to purchase gift card after entering the Road Bank card number the transaction is getting failed without debiting account
