Any one facing this problem? They confirmed 1.5 lakhs limit and approved. Even after completing vkyc, still vkyc screen is coming. When I am trying to do vkyc again, it is telling vkyc approve. It's 2 weeks showing the same status.

I am confused about the working of Roar Bank.
Shall we get cashback on payment done through bank account or Credit Balance.
Also incase if our account balance is zero shall we able to do transaction using full credit balance
