Stuck at vKYC step. The watetime timer resets back to higher value every 2-3 minutes. Any idea on how to fix this? Is there a certain time window when we should try vKYC with the best chance of getting connected to an agent?

My brother purchased 5k voucher from woohoo and transaction failed. Cashback came. He added his statement before refund. Refund came after two days. Today statement came. He got 2k benefited without any voucher. May be the refund came as separate transaction instead of refund cancellation.

My statement generated but the cashback for the refund transaction done in Tata neu was not reversed. Maybe sometime in future, when they audit.
