RG to Infinia upgrade suggestion for next step

What's your comment and suggestion ?

Last 6 month 10.40 lakh spend, existing CC RG with 7.12 CL.

Sent an email to priorityredressal.creditcards on 25th June for RG to Infinia Upgrade and got response on 5th July as below from Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com.

"It is unfortunate to note that your recent interactions with the bank have not been to your satisfaction and we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We assure you that it is our constant endeavour to provide outstanding service to you and ensure that your banking experience with us is always pleasurable.
Our records indicate that Upgrade to Infinia Metal credit card offer is currently unavailable for your card account. To review your request as an exception, we request you to forward us your recent three months pay slips or ITR (Income Tax Return) along with the computation sheet from your registered e-mail for us to take it up for further review, which is subject to internal checks and bureau verification."

What would be next --> Sending an escalation email to PNO
Or
--> Share ITR/Salary as they asked ? (dont meet salary expectations for Infinia)

Highly unlikely that you’ll get infinia if you don’t meet the salary criteria , with the recent change , it’s now a 10L limit required to get one. Reply to them with your ITR asking to seek an exception, if it fails then write to PNO.

Make ur limit to 10l then try upgrading
ITR won’t work easily

As per latest instructions, one needs to wait for atleast 6 mothns after limit upgrade to apply for Infinia

Similar boat as you with 9.5 limit and 12L spends. Disillusioned by HDFC at this point if they don't upgrade.
