Rewards on Government payment using credit or debit card and any limitation?

I would like to know which credit or debit cards give rewards points for government transactions and what is their limit - monthly or per transaction.
I know Magnus provides rewards till 31st Aug-23 and there is no limitation. I need to make payment of INR 5 Lacs, thinking of maximizing the rewards. Most probably it will be single transaction.
AU LIT also gives but it has maximum 25K monthly reward point limit. With 10x enabled, it gets restricted to amount INR 2.5 Lacs.

IDFC First Wealth CC, 6X rewards (1.5%) till Rs. 30000/= per month and 10X rewards (2.5%) beyond Rs. 30000/= per month. No upper limit as such.

10th August was deadline day for credit of 25000 ER milestone for month of July 2023. Points continue to accumulate as usual till 31st August 2023.

not anymore. you would get 0.5%, with NPS CC Surcharge being 0.90%, net negative. This is simple calcn till 20k.
