Does regalia has any advantage over SBI cashback card?
If I compare voucher purchase etc, regalia provides 6.6 return if converted to miles, else it is less than 5%.
Flipkart smartbuy is also not rewardful.
Where can it be used to get better cashback than 5%?

This is my opinion:

Usually people will say pick the highest reward/cashback card. But, I believe best card decision can be fulfilled based on the redemption rather actual reward rate.

For some people 24% airmiles no use when compared with 5% actual cashback on statement, it all depends on their requirement.

You're comparing reward card (with best possible options of redemption as hotel/airlines) with pure cashback card (each serve different kind of people).

Regalia:

Amazon - 6.6%
Flipkart - 3.9%
Vouchers - 6.6%
Flights - 6.6%
Hotels - 13.3%

(above percentage is when that person redeem those reward points to Flights and Hotels)

vs Cashback:

with 5% statement cashback in above categories.

Also, as mentioned by @bugmenot there is lounge support with priority pass for add-on holders too.
Amazon/Flipkart/Few Other vouchers for SBI Cashback is 8-9% if we use gyftr like we are using smartbuy for regalia. So SBI Cashback is higher in those cases also

Amazon gift voucher has 1.25% processing fee on Smartbuy/Gyftr. After you account for the fee, Regalia is worse than Millenia and SBI CB for Amazon. And many other gift vouchers (e.g. Swiggy) are available for a better reward rate on other sites.

So, the highest cashback is still only on travel. But if someone is spending so many lakhs on travel (for the redemption to be worthwhile), Axis Magnus, Vistara, AmEx, etc. are far more worthwhile than Regalia.

Regalia's only redeeming factor is priority pass. It is the bastard child of HDFC, abandoned after Millenia and Infinia became popular.
