RBL Zomato Upgrading Systems

I am unsure if anyone else is facing delays in cashback on Zomato RBL cards, but I did not receive cashback since June 29th, 2022, so I asked customer service and received the attached reply.



I hope this actually upgrades the experience and does not unplug CC services from the Zomato app. Zomato app Credit Card section has been the most reliable section to track your transactions and cashback in real-time.

Same problem here... My birthday was a few days back in July and I did transactions on my birthday for 10% cashback and currently it has not been credited yet. Cashback of 10% is calculated correctly as of now but showing the current status of credit as pending.
