RBL Zomato card still working

Hi,

I had RBL Zomato card which got changed to Shoprite and then I got it upgraded to World Safari.

But I tried putting the old card details of both Zomato card and Shoprite card, they are going to the OTP page and I am receiving OTP for those 2 cards.

But both these cards are supposed to be closed. So how to dispose off these 2 cards?

Same card conversion journey for me.

OTP from Zomato card worked for me earlier this week and transaction also went through. It hits the unbilled history on the new World Safari card.

Because card upgraded, so all billings will reflect on upgraded card only. I advice to block that old cards calling cc.

Yes the transaction goes through.

Due to this reason, I am unable to throw away my old cards since they can still be used for transactions by others

Request bank to block that cards**

RBL app --> My account --> select the card --> setting --> swith on/off card.
Turn it off there

You could use them for multiple sale offers. I meant if you require two cards in same sale.

If you keep doing transactions from this card and they will never close this card's account in your cibil.
