Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

First time I called a guy responded I told I am not happy with card can you give upgrade he said no upgrade available then I said please close the card he said pay off outstanding and call again

After I paid off outstanding I called again this time a woman took the call I again asked for upgrade she said let me check then after a min of hold time she said FYF Icon was available I said whether I can get LTF she said not possible so I said then please cancel card she said wait let me check with senior if any LTF available then again after 2-3 min of hold then she said she can provide ICON LTF I asked any other card I can get LTF she said no if you want you can have ICON then I said ok for LTF ICON

Is ICON better than Shoprite but worse then World Safari ? ICON costs 5000 pa while Safari costs 3000 pa. Its very confusing.

ICON has Golf and all but all PP is paid I thought of going for World Safari so that I will get 2 International Lounge free via PP but I think in ICON you get PP but all International lounge access is paid like Legend

Just called them for ltf safari conversion & they're ready to cancel the card lol. Took the request and temporarily blocked the card. Don't know how you're saying its 100% confirmed news.

Are yar! Why did you do it so early? Anyway, the FYF status will only expire next year. My plan so that others who also applied like us, is to create a cancellation request one or two months before the renewal.

No no called in morning they created request for ICON then evening I requested them to please convert it to World Safari LTF and somehow got a good CC executive who was very helpful in changing the already created request to change to ICON LTF instead created a request to change it to World Safari LTF

I also told them same thing but they told no further upgrade offer. Called them 2 times. Did you cancel the request first, then proceeded for 2nd request?
