RBL Signature+ Debit Card Devalued - No More Cashback Voucher on Credit Card Payment & Gift Card related MCC.

While you continue to make the most of your RBL Bank Signature+ Debit Card, we would like to update you with respect to the updated calculations for spends threshold and transactions that will be excluded for availing Monthly Voucher/Annual Voucher/waiver of annual fee, effective 01st May 2024:

1.International transactions and/or transactions carried out on the Merchant Category Codes (MCC) listed below will be excluded from availing Monthly and Annual vouchers and will also not be considered for availing the benefits of the waiver of Annual Fee:

6012- Financial Institutions – Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment
6051 - Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, effective through 19 January 2024, Non-Fiat Currency and effective from 20 January 2024 Liquid and Cryptocurrency Assets (for example: Cryptocurrency), Money Orders (Not Money Transfer), Account Funding (not Stored Value Load), Travelers Cheques, and Debt Repayment
6540- Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load
6211- Security Brokers/Dealers

2. The minimum spends threshold for being eligible for Monthly vouchers with effect from 1 May 2024 will be INR 25,000 for current account customers.

You can still pay credit card bills from SBI unipay, Dhanipay, SriRam one app, Airtel app (RBL Signature+ Debit card, world's best debit card ever).

SBI unipay - Try Rs100 and dnt pay more than 20k per transactions, do multiple transactions like 1k, 5k, 10k or max 20k per transactions. Dnt use SBI unipay at night.

They are still providing 1% right?

For the cards issued after April , the excluded mcc's apply straightaway in April? cuz I didn't get any vouchers for April and I spent on excluded mcc's in April which they said will be applicable from May.

My signature+ card was issued in april 24 and I have paid my sbi Bill via SBI unipay in the month of april. In haven’t got any email regarding cashback.

The Cards which were issued April 2024 Onwards have new Redemption Portal to Accommodate the Changes they Had made 1st May 2024 Onwards.

Either send the mail yourself or wait for automatic E-Mailer with New Redemption Link.

Now I have heard from RBL Employees that Bank is issuing new Cards only on Mastercard Network w.e.f 1st May, so Mastercard SPDC will not work on Unipay🤣

Drop a Mail, you will get Monthly Vouchers too.

Due to changes, this delay Happened otherwise RBL is always on time

Yes, they have issued me a Visa card

I think they have not enabled your cust id for monthly CB , yet.. dont worry .. you will get it..
Just talk to CC. Firts month there may be some dealy
