RBL IndianOil Xtra Card reward point structure?

I have been using the RBL IndianOil Xtra Card for the past three months, but I am unable to understand the reward structure and summary of this card.

In the last three statements, I made the following transactions, and the respective reward points credited in each statement are as follows:

January:
₹1124.11
₹1010
Reward Points Credited = 22

February:
₹505.90
₹1618.88
₹477.57
Reward Points Credited = 62 + 3000 (Joining Bonus Points)

March:
₹1182.62
₹1112.98
Reward Points Credited = 56 + 754 (Showing Adjustments)


The total reward points accumulated so far are 3894. These transactions were fuel purchases at IndianOil pumps, which are eligible for 15 reward points per ₹100 spent. The transaction amounts include the surcharge fee.

Can anyone explain how the reward points have been calculated?

Hey were you able to figure this out?

I just got this card and it's been a month. I used the card 2 times at iocl and the card gave me only base points -_-
I've raised the issue with RBL customer care and awaiting their response.

It's going to be an absolute pain if I have to reach out to them everytime for the points.

I tried adding your points and it doesn't seem to be right

The total of your transactions are 6800 ( nearest 100 value) which means you should've got a total of 510 points which is not accurate. So im not sure how those figures came about.

The total of your transactions are 6800 ( nearest 100 value) which means you should've got a total of 510 points which is not accurate. So im not sure how those figures came about.

2 Points = 1rs, Hence Total points on 6800 should be 68*15 = 1020. That's 126 Points short from what they credited.

I'm waiting for next statement. If there's any delay in point credit, it should be updated.

If the statement contains a yellow gift icon next to transaction details that means spends are eligible for accelerated reward points and will be added in the next billing cycle. You can check the statement under Savings & Benefits - Bonus Points.
