RBL credit card:Unsolicited Messages Received via SMS and WhatsApp

Received two messages on my RMN with RBL recently—one via SMS and another via WhatsApp—both of which I did not initiate or consent to. I am unable to verify their authenticity or relevance to any current account or card relationship I have, and I seek your guidance on how to proceed.

The messages are as follows:

1. Via SMS:
"Dear Customer, Thank you for your consent to Activate RBL Bank Credit Card. You will receive a confirmation within https://resu.io/RBLCRD/36bN6B3 working days."

2. Via WhatsApp:
Dear Partner,
Greetings from RBL Bank!
This is to keep you informed that due to some technical issue, we are unable to process AEPS BC Payout and income for 1 under 2C file settlement.
We will settle the same if the issue resolved till https://resu.io/MGE4AZ78EiA today, otherwise the same will be settled by tomorrow dated 3.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support in this regards.
Warm regards,
RBL- Support Team

I am not aware of any recent credit card request or business/partner activity with AEPS or file settlements. These messages seem unsolicited, and I am concerned about potential misuse of my ininformation.I just have a RBL safari credit card and no other banking relationship with Rbl bank.
Has any one of you received anything similar? do report. have mailed to the credit card team and cc to nodal as well as vigilance officer and switched off my cc temporarily. seems like its been a data leak or something going with rbl bank..fingers crossed
