RBL CC on call will say it's a paid card even if it is LTF card. I think they can't find actual pricing status of the card in their desktop. Better send mail to customer care, they will clarify.

You are lucky man, If you have the email stating that the card is life time free, just raise a complaint with RBIO with 10-20k compensation and enjoy the show.

If you escalate with proof, definitely they will say it's a LTF card.
Happened earlier, that even email team said my card was paid one. Later after escalating with proof, they admitted that card was issued as LTF.
No need of email they send email that card have fee, but don't worry they don't charge money ....annual or renewal fee if you got during offer same happened to me.since 2 years I am using it .
